The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was held in Beijing from October 16 to 22. It is a very important congress held at a crucial moment when the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups in China are on a new journey to comprehensively build a modern socialist country and march towards the second centenary goal.

In order to fully understand the significance of studying, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the Party's 20th Congress, the Working Committee of the Departments directly under the Guangzhou Huangpu District of the Communist Party of China as the guiding unit, the Management Committee of the Huangpu Lingang Economic Zone of the Guangzhou Development Zone and the National Institute of Nanotechnology Innovation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area of Guangdong jointly sponsored the Study of the 20th Congress and strive for a new journey. Learning and implementing the "Party's 20 Great Spirit" knowledge competition was held and successfully concluded on February 28.
